About this role
The Kitchen Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas within a casino and hotel resort environment. This position ensures the kitchen meets health and safety standards by thoroughly cleaning cooking surfaces, utensils, equipment, floors, and storage areas. The Kitchen Cleaner supports kitchen staff and promotes a safe, hygienic environment for food preparation. As the Kitchen Cleaner you must understand and execute AAA service standards while demonstrating and exemplifying Jamul Casino Resort’s mission and values by embodying the acronym F.I.R.S.T.
