The Marketing Ambassador provides fast, friendly service while assisting guests with loyalty programs, promotions, and general property questions. This role supports casino floor events, issues player cards, resolves guest concerns, and partners with other departments as needed. Ambassadors must multitask, stay organized, operate computer and office equipment, and maintain professionalism while upholding Jamul Casino Resort’s F.I.R.S.T. values.
