About this role
The Pastry Cook will help lead dessert and pastry production within our culinary operations, ensuring high-quality baked goods and desserts are prepared to established standards. In this hands-on role, you’ll support back-of-house operations by preparing, baking, and finishing a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts while maintaining consistency, presentation, and food safety standards. As the Pastry Cook, you will demonstrate and exemplify Jamul Casino Resort’s mission and values by embodying the acronym F.I.R.S.T. (Fun, Integrity, Respect, Service, Team).
