About this role
The Pool Concierge is responsible for facilitation of the Starlight Pool and ensuring the highest luxury resort standards of professionalism while providing exceptional guest service. Team members must understand and execute AAA service standards. The Pool Concierge will also provide operational support, anticipate guest needs and inquiries while upholding Company Standards and Codes of Conduct. As the Pool Concierge you will demonstrate and exemplify Jamul Casino Resort’s mission and values by embodying the acronym F.I.R.S.T. (Fun, Integrity, Respect, Service, Team).
