About this role
The Kitchen Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, supporting the kitchen staff in preparing quality meals for our guests. In this position you will be responsible for ensuring that all kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned and sanitized to maintain a safe and hygienic workspace. As the Kitchen Assistant you must understand and execute AAA service standards while demonstrating and exemplifying Jamul Casino Resort’s mission and values by embodying the acronym F.I.R.S.T.
