About this role
The Security Supervisor will help lead daily operations within our Security department. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll oversee security team members, enforce gaming regulations and company policies, conduct inspections, prepare incident reports, and help maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and team members. You’ll coordinate schedules, support investigations, partner with regulatory and emergency response agencies, and coach team members to ensure operational excellence. Ideal candidates have security, military, or law enforcement experience and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
