About this role
The Front Services person will be responsible for assisting guests with check-in/check-out processes, provide guests with information and assistance with hotel and room amenities, assist with all vehicle and luggage needs, while maintaining AAA 4 diamond service standards. Front Services Attendants will demonstrate and exemplify Jamul Casino Resort’s mission and values by embodying the acronym F.I.R.S.T. (Fun, Integrity, Respect, Service, Team).
