The Hotel Front Desk Agent plays a pivotal role in creating the first impression for our guests and setting the tone for an exceptional stay. Team members must understand and execute AAA service standards. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of a guest's experience, from check-in to check-out, ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of our hotel. The Front Desk Agent will deliver personalized service, anticipate guests' needs, resolve issues with a proactive approach, and contribute to a seamless, welcoming, and memorable guest experience by upholding the Jamul Casino Resort’s mission and values, embodied in the acronym F.I.R.S.T. (Fun, Integrity, Respect, Service, Team).
