About this role
As Section Leader, you will lead employees to obtain proficiency in manufacturing skills to achieve established performance measures and quality expectations. Coordinates with Production Control, Process Technicians, Product Launch Technicians and other Section Leaders on workflow, quality issues, production goals and training needs. Models James Avery values through actions and leadership, fostering a culture of respect, teamwork, and open communication both within the department and across functions.
