Job Summary This role is responsible for fostering strong associate relations, supporting site management, and driving key Human Resources initiatives related to talent management, organizational development, recruitment, training, total rewards and associate relations. The HR Specialist works collaboratively with HR Departments and division partners. *This is an on-site position located at our Manufacturing Plant in Hondo, TX.
