About this role
An Implementation Specialist works closely with customers to understand their requirements and configure our software solutions to meet customer needs. The Implementation Specialist should have a deep understanding of the products and software process being implemented for our customers and be able to speak to how the solution works and how it relates to the customer’s business processes. The Implementation Specialist is accountable for the successful implementation and testing of customer solutions and will regularly interact with internal and external stakeholders. The Implementation Specialist works closely with other Implementation Specialists, Data Engineers, Developers, Product Owners, and the Project Manager to ensure successful delivery of the implementation.
