Actively participate in the sales process and motivate branch staff to achieve assigned goals. Assist in maximizing the growth, competitiveness, and profitability of the branch. Ensures efficient operation of branch through effective supervision of branch staff and providing support to the Branch Manager. Provide excellent customer service.
