About this role
The CAPA Coordinator is responsible for independently managing tasks within the organization's Quality Assurance team with a focus on Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) activities to ensure company compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and internal procedures. This role will facilitate investigations of quality issues, drive root cause analysis, track corrective and preventive action phases, and ensure timely closure and effectiveness verification of CAPAs. As a member of the Quality team, the CAPA Coordinator will work cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and other departments to promote continuous improvement and maintain compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
