About this role
Supervise field erection of cooling towers and cooling tower repairs, ensuring that each job is completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to Sunstone Industrial Constructors’ quality standards. The Field Superintendent is responsible for on-site leadership, customer satisfaction, contract compliance, and budget adherence. This role requires travel across the U.S. to effectively hire and supervise craft workers involved in cooling tower construction. The successful candidate demonstrates strong leadership, job site safety enforcement, teamwork, and adherence to project timelines and costs. This position works closely with Sunstone’s engineering, project management, purchasing, and construction teams to meet or exceed customer expectations.
