About this role
What will you be doing: As a Referral Coordinator, you handle the intake process of the order for healthcare services; liaison between our company and our patients and health plans; verify patient information, insurance verification, authorization/referral processing, obtaining and releasing clinical documentation, responds to health plan inquiries,, and research and resolve patient accounts, or escalate for resolution.
