WHAT YOU WILL DO EVERYDAY As the Manager, Commercial Lending, you will serve as a player‑coach leader responsible for both direct commercial lending production and day‑to‑day leadership of Commercial Lender I–IV roles. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Lending, you will execute the commercial lending strategy by cascading goals, managing performance, coaching lenders, and ensuring consistent execution of credit quality, portfolio management, and member experience standards.
