WHAT YOU WILL DO EVERYDAY As the Manager, Agribusiness Lending, you will serve as a player‑coach leader responsible for both direct agribusiness lending production and day‑to‑day leadership of Agribusiness Lender I–IV roles. Reporting to the Head of Agribusiness Lending, you will execute the agribusiness lending strategy by cascading goals, managing performance, coaching lenders, and ensuring consistent execution of credit quality, portfolio management, and member experience standards.
