About this role
The Sous Chef is responsible for assisting both the Chef and Pastry Chef in preparing daily meals. They have a wide variety of skills in food services including mixing and chopping, preparing side dishes, creating dressings, sauces, and more. The Sous Chef role works closely with all members of the culinary team and is involved in all food-related tasks. They need to work hard and be a part of a team that produces high-end food experiences. This is a seasonal job opportunity. The CMH winter season runs from mid-November until late-April. Daily rate of pay is based on an 11-hour day, worked as a split shift.
