Job Summary: Receives, responds, and complies with all court orders and subpoenas served on the bank. Receives and processes Tax Foreclosure and Mortgage Foreclosure cases. Prepares court pleadings and answers, files with appropriate courts. Receives and responds to retail legal issues from bank employees and refers questions to attorneys as needed. Responsible for preparation and distribution of confidential Board material for monthly Board meetings in coordination with General Counsel. Promotes an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank. Represents INTRUST Bank in all they do in the community and is focused on the development of new business relationships.
