The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance, security, and support of the company’s systems, infrastructure, and end-user technology platforms. This role supports Windows servers, Microsoft 365, Azure services, networking, endpoint management, security tools, backups, and business-critical applications. The IT Systems Administrator also provides advanced technical support for escalated user issues, assists with infrastructure projects, improves operational processes, and helps ensure systems are reliable, secure, and aligned with business needs.
