National PAHO Consultant - Epidemiologist Assistant at Paho. Location: Port-au-Prince or Cap-Haïtien or Artibonite or Centre or Grande Anse or Nippes or Nord or Nord-Est or Nord-Ouest or Ouest or Sud or Sud-Est or Haiti. Role: supporting surveillance, analyzing data, conducting investigations Requirements: University degree in medical sciences or nursing required; field epidemiology/public health certificate preferred. Minimum 5 years health sector experience in Haiti and at least 3 years in epidemiological surveillance at departmental level. Proficiency with Excel, EPI-Info and Microsoft Office; strong quantitative/qualitative analysis, mapping and communication skills. French and Haitian Creole mandatory; frequent travel within department required.
