About this role
JOB PURPOSE
Support the Cybersecurity team in monitoring security activities, tracking key metrics and KPIs, reviewing user access, and maintaining cybersecurity governance processes. This role provides hands-on exposure to security operations, governance, and awareness initiatives, helping strengthen the organization's overall security posture while building foundational cybersecurity skills.
KEY ACTIVITIES
• Generate and control cyber security metrics and KPIs.
• Participate in cybersecurity and infrastructure projects
• Maintain cybersecurity inventories and records.
• Help maintain antivirus, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management platforms.
• Support and manage cyber security training.
• Review and document security policies.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for students who are interested in building a career in Cybersecurity and are eager to learn in a hands-on environment. Preferred qualifications include:
• Graduating in Cyber Security or similar IT graduation.
• Interest in Cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and best practices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and AI-powered tools.
• Exposure to security frameworks, governance, or compliance topics through academic projects, coursework, or personal learning.
• Basic awareness of security technologies such as Firewalls, WAF, DLP, EDR, IDS/IPS, and Anti-Spam solutions.
• Interest in Cloud Security, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and security monitoring.
• Curiosity about threat detection, incident response, and cybersecurity operations.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
LOCATION:
Vila Olimpia, SP or Campinas - SP - Up to twice a week at the base office.
