About this role
Responsible for the day-to-day operation and conduct of entire slot machine floor for an assigned shift and monitors the performance of Slot Floor Attendants working during the assigned shift. The Slot Shift Supervisor resolves Slot Machine Department conflicts that may arise on their shift. Ensures all customers are attended to promptly and courteously by all slot department team members.
