About this role

TASKS:

Become very familiar with Eurofins offering, laboratory network, organization and toolsProvide regulatory and technical support for direct supervisorIdentify potential customers based on research, previous experience and cold calling, and initiate contactCultivate leads and opportunities primarily in the C&PC, detergents, hygiene industriesWork with external companies, marketing and other resources to improve lead generationFind decision makers and initiate contactIdentify critical needs and create interest in EurofinsWhen needed, assemble internal team to support development of presentations, proposals or other activity to gather interest and advance Eurofins’ agendaReview existing customer lists to find under-penetrated or inactive accounts, partner with existing Sales Representative or Account Manager to approach themRegularly use company CRM to record activitiesParticipate in tradeshows, join industry associations to network with potential customersCoordinate with Marketing and Management to present ideas for lead generationCoordinate with peers and Management in the design and creation of new offers, business models, and capabilities to maximize new business generation EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

Understanding of the TIC industryUnderstanding of Quality and Compliance in target industriesMinimum 7 years of experience in business development, preferably in a hunting roleExceptional communication skills in person and onlineExperience coordinating complex proposals via a diverse teamConscientious, detail oriented, highly proactiveSelf-starter, independent, energetic and self-sufficientStrong business acumenLogical/scientific mindset to understand and learn the basics of the various services provided by EurofinsAbility to multitask in a fast paced environmentStrong problem-solving abilityAbility to work unsupervised in a complex environment without losing sight of the big pictureAbility to work both in a team and as individualFlexibility in working hours, as neededMinimum Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent degrees preferredTRAVEL:

Depending on customer needs, up to 50% travel might be necessary Compensation:

$80 - $120k depending on experienceSchedule:
