About this role
The Certified Nursing Assistant II (CNA II) provides compassionate, resident-centered care in a senior living community under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. This role supports residents’ quality of life by assisting with daily activities, promoting independence, and delivering advanced care services within the CNA II scope of practice. In addition to core caregiving responsibilities, the CNA II performs select advanced clinical tasks as permitted by state regulations, such as sterile dressing changes, catheter care, and other delegated procedures. The CNA II plays a key role in fostering a safe, respectful, and engaging environment that supports the physical, emotional, and social well-being of older adults.
