About this role
The RN Weekend Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing operations and ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care throughout the weekend. This role provides clinical leadership to nursing staff, ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements, and serves as the primary clinical resource during weekend shifts. The RN Weekend Supervisor collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to maintain continuity of care, promote resident safety, and support staff performance in a senior living environment, which may include assisted living, memory care, and/or skilled nursing.
