About this role
1. Minimum 5 years experience in working with web-based application infrastructure and enterprise systems 2. Minimum 3 years experience in Production support working in a globally distributed team 3. Experience in troubleshooting applications hosted on Unix/Linux. 4. Experience working with UNIX shell and BASH scripts to determine causes of failures. 5. Good experience with ITIL and ticketing workflows. 6. Intermediate knowledge of writing SQL queries to diagnose and extract data. 7. Intermediate experience in Linux and UNIX administration features. 8. Ability to research solutions to various business and technical problems, evaluate alternatives and be able to present recommendations and justifications to management.
