About this role
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides compassionate, resident‑centered care in an Assisted Living and Memory Support environment. Working under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, the CNA supports residents with daily living needs while promoting independence, dignity, and individualized care. In Memory Support settings, the CNA delivers specialized engagement and redirection techniques tailored to residents living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. The role emphasizes safety, empathy, patience, and creating a structured, supportive environment that enhances each resident’s quality of life.
