About this role
This role will support the oversight of international accounting across multiple legal entities, with a focus on strengthening statutory reporting, managing third-party accounting providers, and transitioning activities into a centralized or shared services model aligned with U.S. GAAP and Circana’s global accounting policies. This role is responsible for the accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across jurisdictions, partnering closely with global finance, tax, legal, treasury, commercial finance teams and local accounting firms. The ideal candidate requires a strong operator who brings deep regional expertise, strong leadership and can manage complexity across countries while driving process standardization, SOX controls and modern accounting processes.
