This Senior Director role provides strategic leadership for the Client Insights function, ensuring delivery of high-impact, actionable insights that address clients’ day-to-day business needs while elevating long-term value. The role partners closely with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business challenges into analytical frameworks and identify opportunities for incremental, ad hoc project work in collaboration with solution partners. In addition to overseeing end-to-end insight delivery, this leader will guide the team on complex analyses and shape best practices across measurement, storytelling, and client engagement.
