Offer excellent inspections to ensure that customer’s specifications standard and expectations are achieved or exceedPerform the O5 designated quality assurance and control process according to the program guideline and procedures (e.g., SOPs). QA QC process includes Pre-production meeting, fabric evaluation, inline inspections, daily inspection with production monitoring, final random inspection and loading supervision.Assist Technical Manager to carry out quality troubleshooting when required.Ensure all the related program materials are read thoroughfully before implementing the designated O5 QA QC process. Raise up if any questions proactively.If any discrepancies are found between the given inspection information and the actual inspection condition in field, report it to the O5 QA QC Coordinator and the Manager to seek for clarification immediately.Ensure the latest report template is used and do not attempt to modify the template wilfully in order to meet the particularly personal needs. In case of such modification is really needed to the daily operation, please escalate it to the Manager for further review with the O5 QA QC Technical Management.Prepare the inspection report within 24 hours after inspection completed.Ensure all the reports issued & presented in a professional manner in term of data accuracy & completeness and neat presentation.Fully cooperate with the O5 QA QC Coordinator to figure out the QA QC schedule, especially for some urgent shipment bookings.Performs other duties as assigned. At least 5-year experience in quality control. Familiar with the Consumer Products Quality Assurance/ Control Field, especially in apparel.Degree holder in Textile and Quality Assurance discipline or equivalent working experience.Language: English (advance), Chinese is a plusCustomer oriented, mature, independent, and able to work under pressure.Self-organized, rigorous, demanding.Team player.Computer skills (Microsoft Office).Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
