Your Key Responsibilities within the Controlling Team

Financial Reporting & Compliance:

Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Swiss OR and IFRS standardsEnsure timely and accurate submission of VAT declarations and other regulatory filings Assist in the coordination and execution of internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with group policies and local regulationsBusiness & Financial Controlling:

Conduct detailed revenue and cost analysis to support strategic decision-makingPrepare and deliver regular management reports, dashboards, and KPIs for senior leadership Monitor financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesTreasury & Procurement Controlling:

Manage cash flow forecasting and funding requests in coordination with group treasury Oversee procurement processes, including Purchase Order accruals and Coupa system supportEnsure alignment of procurement activities with financial planning and reportingPlanning, Budgeting & Forecasting:

Contribute to the development of the annual business plan and quarterly forecastsCollaborate with business units to gather inputs and validate assumptions Analyze deviations between actuals and forecasts, providing insights and recommendationsProcess Optimization & Digitalization:

Identify opportunities to streamline and automate finance and administrative processesSupport the implementation of digital tools and best practices across the finance functionEnsure continuous improvement in reporting accuracy, speed, and transparencyProject Leadership & Integration

Lead finance-related integration projects within the Swiss shared service organizationAct as a liaison between finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions Support change management and training initiatives during system or process rollout Your Profile

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent

• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in accounting or controlling

• Strong knowledge of statutory accounting and IFRS

• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX), Cognos Controller, Coupa is a plus

• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office

• Analytical, structured, and proactive mindset

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Fluent in English and German; French is a plus
