FB Society is seeking a strategic, hands-on Creative Director to lead the visual expression and creative execution of a diverse portfolio of hospitality brands. This role oversees the creative development, brand stewardship, print production, and execution of marketing assets, menus, signage, packaging, and guest-facing materials across restaurants, bars, food halls, private dining, events, digital platforms, and emerging brand concepts. The Creative Director serves as the guardian of brand integrity while driving innovative, guest-focused creative solutions that support business growth. This leader manages an internal creative team, external freelancers, photographers, and agency partners while collaborating closely with marketing, culinary, beverage, sales, and executive leadership.
