About this role
The Electronics Technician will play a critical role in ensuring timely, efficient communications and IT support to hundreds of users in a high-security environment. You will directly contribute to the operational readiness and effectiveness of federal law enforcement operations. The candidate will provide telecommunications and IT support for expeditionary mission and exercise support the FBI’s Critical Incident Response Group (CIRG). A typical day is spent at the ERF facility in Quantico, VA conducting maintenance on unit vehicle and communications equipment, providing system updates on communications equipment, researching new technologies, and conducting and receiving training on new equipment.
