About this role
The Scheduler is responsible for coordinating daily schedules, communicating with clients, and supporting field operations for our insulation company. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment. The Scheduler will manage incoming calls and emails, retrieve job information from client portals, create job tickets, and help ensure smooth project execution, including handling warranty-related issues.
