This role focuses on optimizing client service delivery, streamlining business processes, and fostering the adoption of technology across the Labor & Employment Practice Service Center (PSC). The KMI Attorney acts as a key liaison between the PSC, the Knowledge Management (KM) team, and firm leadership to identify and address complex business challenges, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and deliver impactful legal technology solutions.
