About this role
The Patent Agent is responsible for preparing and prosecuting patent applications by responding to Office actions and effectively communicating with patent examiners. Additionally, collaborating closely with attorneys and inventors to ensure accurate documentation of inventions, comprehensive patent searches are conducted, including drafting high-quality patent applications with detailed written descriptions and drawings to safeguard innovative technologies and remaining informed on the latest developments in patent law and relevant technological advancements.
