About this role
This is a hands-on position responsible for overseeing product development cycles from start to release to production. The products range from 3KW to 60KW smart generators, multiple trailer chassis/systems, Rigid Wall Systems, Water Treatment, and other power management controls/distribution boxes throughout the Expeditionary Sector enterprise. Responsible for providing and leading complex technical activities of assigned programs including planning, and scheduling to ensure effective coordination of projects. The Senior Engineer must possess sufficient technical knowledge of their programs to identify problems, provide guidance to team , and be sure the work product fulfills requirements. Proactively lead continuous improvement initiatives.
