About this role
This is a 20-month contract role from approximately August 2026 until April 2028. The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $75,000. Reason for Posting: Existing Vacancy The Office Manager is responsible for the efficient management and operation of HMLTCH unfunded services, resident billing and trusts and supports the admission processes. The Office Manager reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for financial accountability related to resident, billing, and coordination of audits. The Office Manager is also responsible for the supervision, scheduling and performance management of the Reception Team. As the manager of the Reception team, the Office Manager is also responsible for covering their team members’ breaks.
