This role owns the technology capabilities supporting Commercial Platform domains including Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ), Customer Service, B2B Commerce, Order Management, Customer Portals, and related Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash capabilities, ensuring technology solutions are aligned to business priorities, integrated across domains, and delivering measurable value.
