This position works completes complex and specialized support activities for attorneys in legal matters related to US and foreign patent prosecution. Exhibits a high-level understanding of the patent prosecution lifecycle, particularly with respect to both US and non-US jurisdictions. Works closely with firm attorneys and paralegals, and Foreign Associates and Foreign Patent offices in support of monitoring upcoming deadlines corresponding to both independently US-filed and foreign-filed US-related prosecution and enforcement.
