About this role
The Senior Practice Manager manages and oversees the day-to-day operations of a health center serving more than 12,000 primary care medical patient visits annually and/or supports a specific line of business as well as manages and mentors health center staff in providing high-quality health care. The Senior Practice Manager ensures that the health center meets or exceeds patient needs and succeeds financially while partnering closely with the center’s clinical leadership, behavioral health, social services, and public health teams to achieve the short and long-term operations goals of the center.
