About this role
Reporting directly to the Regional Safety Intervention Manager, the Safety Intervention Coordinator supports overall site safety operations, leads de-escalation and threat mitigation efforts and collaborates with cross departmental teams to maintain a safe and healing-center environment for clients and staff. Additionally, the Safety Intervention Coordinator manages high-level crisis response and conducts thorough incident investigations. Leverages industry knowledge and best practices to promote the mission and vision of Howard Brown Health as well as supports culture enhancement and management efforts.
