About this role
Under the direction of the Youth Food Program Manager, the Prep Cook supports the daily food service operations at the BYC. The Prep Cook executes daily food preparation lists, serves meals twice a day, maintains a clean and sanitary kitchen environment and ensures timely service to the meet the needs of the BYC clients. The incumbent will leverage industry knowledge and best practices to promote the mission and vision of Howard Brown Health as well as supports culture enhancement and management efforts.
