About this role
The LMSW therapist provides specialized Mental Health Treatment Services for a combined Article 28 Outpatient Services (A28 License) and Integrated Outpatient Services (IOS) panel of care recipients at both the Cylar House Heath Center and West 37th Street Health Center.
