About this role
The Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist is a full-cycle recruiting professional within the Housing Works People Operations team. This role primarily leads hiring efforts for the Retail and Business Enterprises division, including Thrift Stores, Cannabis Operations, and the Bookstore Café. In addition to managing recruitment, this role also supports onboarding across all Housing Works sites and locations. This includes coordinating key onboarding processes such as background checks, medical clearances, and offer management.
