Horizon is looking for a Director of IT Services and Implementation at our corporate office in Getzville, NY. The Director of IT Services and Implementation is a senior IT leader responsible for the overall delivery, stability, and evolution of Horizon Health Services’ technology environment. This role provides strategic and operational leadership across IT Operations, Help Desk, Network Operations Center (NOC), Health Information Systems, and the implementation of new technologies aligned with Horizon’s IT vision and clinical mission. The Director ensures reliable 24x7 IT services, secure and compliant clinical systems, and the successful implementation of enterprise and clinical technologies that support patient care, operational efficiency, and organizational growth.
