About this role
The Resource Navigator is a key associate at Hope Network whose primary responsibilities include: Serve as a resource for persons served through WFD programs to connect to needed services/resource in the community. In the WFD areas of expertise; serve as an employment case manager for participants referred for career development, employability skills training, career development and supportive services for participants, developing on-going relationships with employers and referral sources. The Resource Navigator will function within internal and external teams to deliver seamless services to the participant and to ensure that positive relationships are maintained resulting in the optimum employment outcome for participants.
