Maintain lab inventory, prepare media, and manage suppliesSafely handle compressed gases and cryogenic liquidsClean and monitor temperature units, fume hoods, and biosafety cabinetsTrack equipment maintenance and calibration using electronic systemsCoordinate workflows across departments using digital toolsManage lab notebooks, logbooks, and documentation reconciliationSupport recurring equipment maintenance and calibration schedulesOrganize and label lab spaces according to SOPsComplete safety and procedural trainingsPerform tasks in areas handling potent chemical compoundsParticipate in weekend and overtime schedules as needed Associate degree in Life Sciences or equivalentStrong organizational and computer skillsExcellent communication and attention to detailAbility to lift 25+ lbs., stand/walk for extended periods, and move equipmentFamiliarity with cGMP and electronic systemsSelf-motivated, adaptable, and team-orientedAuthorized to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship The position is full-time, Tuesday through Saturday, with the hours of 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, with overtime as needed. Candidates living within a commutable distance of Rensselaer, New York are encouraged to apply.
