Job Description – Technical Lead (Angular + .NET Full Stack)

Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Lead with deep experience in Angular, C#, SQL, and Azure to lead modernization and full-stack initiatives. The first 6–8 months will focus on driving AngularJS → Angular migration, followed by broader system enhancement and full-stack development. The role includes solution design, hands-on development, team mentorship, and delivery ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and architect the AngularJS → Angular migration strategy and execution.Design and develop scalable, secure applications using Angular, .NET, SQL, and Azure.Contribute to solution design using OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.Provide technical direction, perform code reviews, and enforce development best practices.Work with C# / .NET Core Web API for backend service development.Build and optimize SQL objects — queries, stored procedures, and schemas.Drive DevOps implementation using Azure DevOps (CI/CD).Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.Mentor developers to grow toward full-stack capabilities.Ensure application performance, security, and maintainability.Troubleshoot production and integration issues across UI, services, and data layers.Required Skills
10+ years of professional software development experience.Strong hands-on knowledge of:Angular (v8+), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET Web API, MVCSQL Server (T-SQL, SPs, indexing, optimization)Strong understanding and practical application of:SOLID principlesOOP / OODDesign patternsExperience working with Azure services (App Services, Azure SQL, Storage, Key Vault).Experience in SOA / n-tier architecture.Familiarity with unit testing frameworks: nUnit / MSTest.Experience with Entity Framework, LINQ.Experience with UI testing tools (e.g., Jasmine/Karma).Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.Ability to provide technical recommendations and solve complex problems.Good to Have
Prior experience with AngularJS → Angular migration.Working knowledge of messaging/queuing solutions (e.g., MSMQ).Experience with CI/CD, Git branching strategies.Exposure to microservices, containers (Docker).Experience with BDD/TDD.Soft Skills

MCA or Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL CRITERIA: Eurofins has a strong focus on Performance Management system. This includes quarterly calibrations, half-yearly reviews and annual reviews. The KPIs shall be set and may vary slightly between projects. These will be clearly communicated, documented during the first 30 days of your joining.
